XAI Marine Cables
XAI Marine Instrumentation and Power Cable is used as control, signal and Fixed installation cable in various electromechanical and electronic equipment of marine vehicles. Used in most areas & open decks in ships. Due to its overall screen the electromagnetic interference is minimized.
Features of the the Instrumentation Cable
- Voltage Rating of 150/250V
- Outer sheath is a Halogen-free flame retardant, ployolefin based compound (SHF1)
- Conductor is Electrolytic, stranded, annealed copper wire Class 5. (Class 2 and / or tinned on the request)
- XLPE insulation each pair formed by white cores and black numbers
- Screen is electrolytic copper braided screen (90% coverage). (Tinned copper wire braid on request)
- Approved to cable standards. IEC 60092/376, IEC 60092/350-360, IEC 60332/1, IEC 60332/3-22 CAT A, IEC 60754/1-2, IEC 61034/1-2 (DIN EN 50268/1-2), IEC 60811/403, IEC 60228.
Features of the Power Cable:
- Voltage Rating of 600/1000V
- Outer sheath is a Halogen-free flame retardant, ployolefin based compound (SHF1) in Black or Grey.
- Conductor is Electrolytic, stranded, annealed copper wire Class 5. (Class 2 and / or tinned on the request)
- Cross linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE).
- Inner covering is seperating foil.
- NOFI is with seperating foil.
- Screen is electrolytic copper braided screen (90% coverage). (Tinned copper wire braid on request)
- Approved to cable standards. IEC 60092/353, IEC 60092/350-360, IEC 60332/1-2, IEC 60332/3-22 CAT A, IEC 60754/1-2, IEC 61034/1-2 (DIN EN 50268/1-2), IEC 60811/403, IEC 60228.
